Templates protect the original files

The calendar templates provide some degree of file protection. The user cannot inadvertently save their changes and overwrite the original template file, unless they specifically name the new document the exact same name as the originating template. In most cases, this limited security measure will keep the templates intact and ready to start a new calendar or planner.

Calendar styles for specific types of printing processes

Some of these calendars are designed to print to a desktop laser or ink jet printer both for proofing and for short-run use. Using a variety of sizes and layouts, data2date is a solution for all types of users. From the desktop, people working at their home computer needing a custom family calendar with lots of pictures of the kids or events can use data2date to create and print the right sized calendar for home use.

Small copy and print shops who print short-run quantities of calendars for customers will find data2date very useful as well. The commercial printers, will be assured of quality control for printing and separations in the familiar QuarkXPress or InDesign environment.
